BioI am pretty much a geek girl.. I like SciFi/Fantasy movies, books, tv... I tend to quote the movies and shows I like in normal conversation. I love reading (and writing) fan fiction, almost exclusively femslash... my favorite pairings in no particular order are Xena/Gabrielle, Janeway/Seven, Buffy/Willow, Sarah/Cameron, Miranda/Andy, Olivia/Natalia, Jo/Blair... and a lot more that I'm completely just forgetting at the moment...
I've been married for almost 13 years and currently live in Kentucky with my husband and eight year old daughter.
Sometimes people find it strange that I read/write so many femslash pairings and am married "to a man" LOL... I've been asked several times "Are you gay?" This is my standard answer:
'I'm happily married to a wonderful man who I love very much, BUT, if anything (God forbid) were to ever happen to him, or my marriage I would not discount the possibility of my next partner being a woman. I don't believe gender has anything to do with love.'
So there ya go. LOL.. that's me in a nutshell... :)
